What sort of sleeper are you?
Hot, cold, or somewhere in between?
It’s one of the first things I’d ask a friend before telling them what bedding to buy.
We spend around 7-8 hours in bed every night, but most of us choose bedding based on colour, price or how it looks, without thinking much about what it’s actually made from or whether it suits the way we sleep.
If you’re someone who sleeps hot, fabric matters. Muslin cotton is naturally breathable and airy, so heat doesn’t feel trapped around you in the same way heavier, denser fabrics can.
That was actually one of the biggest reasons we fell in love with muslin in the first place. Once you get used to that light, breathable feeling against your skin, it’s very hard to go back.
So I’m curious…
