This National Stroke Week, we're helping raise awareness of the signs of stroke and why acting F.A.S.T. can save lives.

A stroke is a medical emergency. Every minute counts, and recognising the warning signs quickly can make a huge difference to recovery.

Remember F.A.S.T.:
🟢 F – Face: Has one side of the face drooped?
🔵 A – Arms: Can they lift both arms?
🔴 S – Speech: Is their speech slurred or difficult to understand?
🟣 T – Time: Call 000 immediately.

Stroke can happen to anyone, at any
age. Knowing the signs could help save the life of a family member, friend, colleague, or even a stranger.
