Manufacturing update! The Forme Medical factory in Carrum Downs has been moved to the Alevo factory in Ballarat (where Athlegen tables are made). As part of our acquisition of Forme, the Forme manufacturing facility in Thailand has been closed, and all production has been brought back to Australia.

Abdominal separation is a normal part of pregnancy with studies showing pretty much 100% of women will experience a separation by the end of third trimester! Yep… that’s everyone! ⁠

It’s best to avoid forceful sit ups where you can visibly see ‘doming’ in your abdomen when pregnant to prevent a greater than normal gap from occurring… women will mostly notice this doming getting up from their bed or couch. Here’s Ash showing the best way to get up from your bed or couch 🛋 ⁠
