This morning I found an unscrupulous person has been contacting my customers on Facebook and Marketplace.
This has been done without my approval of any type.
I am unsure of how long this has been going on.
The (now blocked and removed as a friend) has been following my pages and contacting customers when they ask questions about fishing rod repairs.
Customers have thought they were being contacted by me, when they were not.
I have kept messages sent to customers not by me.
This person Peter has NO connection or approval with my business.
It appears he has been stealing customers from me.
I feel sorry for those of you that have had any dealings with this other person.
Please ensure you are being contacted by me (Martin, Fixa Rod Builder) and not another person.
