One of my favorite cakes A 4 tier inch marbled mud cake, at the time this was one of my favorite cakes to make. This cake was created for my dads 65th birthday. it was covered in edible photos of his life.
Sadly my father has passed away, and this was the last cake I created for him.

Tonight i thought I'd practice making short crust pastry, wow how amazing it tasted, it just crumbled in my mouth and tasted nice and buttery.
I topped it with a hazelnut spread and bananas.
