Day one of the school holidays.

Too soon for "I’m booooored”? 😬

We’ve got plenty of things that are made to be done, not just opened.

Today’s little pick: the Djeco 12 Colour Palette Classic Paint Set – $12.95.

Simple. Colourful. Small enough to pull out when everyone needs something new to do.

For the older kids who might like painting miniatures or models, we've also got the highly respected Vallejo paints in our Barkly St store.

And if painting isn’t their thing, come in and have a look – we’ve got craft, puzzles, games, activity books and plenty of other possibilities for the fortnight ahead.

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS START TODAY 🙌

If you’re staying around Melbourne, come and make St Kilda part of the plan.

We’ve got both shops open today:

📍 Hello Youngster – 11 Fitzroy Street
10am–5pm
Toys, games, puzzles, craft, books and Second Play Toys.

And there’s absolutely no requirement to rush the kids through the shop.

We’ll have the play table out, footpath chalk ready for our little outdoor art gallery, and a couple of chairs for grown-ups who’d just like to sit down for a minute and enjoy the St Kilda view.

We’ve even got a few free stickers for kids today, while they last.
