I’ve always loved the meaning behind crystals, but I don’t believe connecting with them needs to be complicated.

Sometimes a crystal simply becomes an anchor for an intention, calm when your mind feels busy, confidence when you’re doubting yourself, or softness when you’ve been too hard on yourself.

Does the crystal do all the work for you? No. But can seeing, holding or wearing it bring you back to the energy you want to choose? I believe it can.
