When you allow the imagination of a child to wander freely—unfettered and full of wonder—through ancient forests, towering ferns, and mist-shrouded valleys where time itself seems edible… a chocolate dinosaur adventure begins to unfold.

As part of my limited-edition Easter 2026 collection, I created exclusive in-house moulded shapes to transport us back in time and deliver a joyful chocolate adventure suitable for all ages!

The Dinosaur Bunny, confidently adorned with a Triceratops skull (inspired by Horridus, the extraordinary specimen on display at Melbourne Museum!).

Available in your choice of Milk or Dark chocolate, both made in-house from carefully selected cocoa beans.

Small in size but bold in character, the Dinosaur Bunny is a perfect gift, a table showpiece, or a treat to keep all to yourself.

3x kind of cookies, tiramisu, gelato tub, brownies, Italian donuts and other stuff I can’t probably remember now.

When you allow the imagination of a child to wander freely—unfettered and full of wonder—through ancient forests, towering ferns, and mist-shrouded valleys where time itself seems edible… a chocolate dinosaur adventure begins to unfold.

This is a unique 3D, 10-piece chocolate puzzle that you assemble yourself to form a complete Brachiosaurus. I recommend two people work together on the puzzle, as it offers a delightful yet challenging experience.

When fully assembled, the completed Brachiosaurus measures 15 cm in height, and I can assure you it will become the highlight of any gathering.

Finally a perfect balance between fun, creativity, engineering and sustainability.

The Dinosaur Egg is part of my limited-edition Easter 2026 collection, created using world unique in-house made shapes, inspired by predator claws. This piece stands 16cm tall with scratch-like detail design that redefines the use of traditional chocolate imaginery.

Made with my own bean-to-bar White Pistachio or Dark chocolate, using carefully sourced cocoa beans.

Our Chocolate Bon Bons are all handcrafted in our Melbourne kitchen using our Bean-to-bar chocolate. After years of creating desserts all over the world, I have taken the opportunity to translate those flavour pairings I have discovered into a chocolate form.

The flavour selection is ever-changing, based on the season, produce availability and my mood.

The current selection now includes:

- Lychee, Rose and Raspberry: The Lychee is turned into a soft jam, seasoned with rose water. There is also a layer of Raspberry ganache made with bean to bar dark chocolate.
- Mango Caramel and Hot Honey: I use fresh mangoes to make this rich jam, that naturally gets caramelised during the cooking process. The mango is sitting on top of a well balanced layer of a Hot Honey white chocolate ganache. Dare to try?
- Almond and Vanilla Praline: Praline a l’ancienne means the paste is not fully processed into a super smooth boring state. There is a texture to it. Seasoned with salt and olive oil. Vegan.
- Salted Caramel: With no doubts this is everyone favourite, have one to unlock childhood memories!
- Passionfruit Milk Chocolate: Fresh passionfruit somehow from Tas garden in South Yarra, turned into a tart ganache with the 48% solomon islands milk chocolate i make
- Single Origin San Jose, Ecuador 80% Dark Chocolate: I am starting to work more and more with just cocoa mass for all of my pastry recipe instead of chocolate. It is just smarter and gives full control of flavour. This cacao to me tastes a bit like Chai: Cinnamon-Cardamom-Ginger notes. Keep in mind that none of these spices have been added to the recipe!

It’s that time of the year where we gather to celebrate together!
The first year anniversary is going to be a great party, if you came to the opening party last year you know what to expect: free chocolate for the first 100 people, some nice home made pizza, something to drink and nice music!
Last year about 200 people showed up so I’m not really sure what to expect this time but I’ll do my best to accommodate anyone who come!
You will also be able to have a First Look over the new Easter Collection that I am working on!
Bring a friend and enjoy some good time in Elsternwick on Saturday 21st of February. Door opening at 16:00!

When I was thinking of a Christmas special for this year, I really didn’t want to follow the usual marketing rules—no snowflakes, no snowmen, nothing like that.

Christmas is about a new beginning, an explanation of the Origin. That single word “Origin” immediately made me think of the real origin of chocolate: the cacao pod itself, that sacred fruit born in the rainforests of South America, the cradle of every piece of chocolate we have ever tasted.

So I skipped the Christmas clichés and went straight to the source: I created a luxurious, life-like cocoa pod, horizontally layered and stackable, filled with various delicious things (think caramel, praline, ganache). It’s not just a gift—it’s the celebration of where true magic begins.

500 grams of chocolate - feed 10 so gather family and friends around the table because dessert is served.

Given the fragile nature of this chocolate item it cannot be sent via post, pick up or local deliveries are available!

PRE-ORDER strongly suggested! Once the order is created you will be sent a message with your preferred pick up day.
