A behind the scenes on how we make our vanilla, gluten free sponge cake. Our sponge cake is a vital component in a lot of our opera cakes and mousse cake, hence it required rigorous testing when GingerSnap was created!

A little BTS on everything that goes into making our tart shells and sables. The process spans a few days and usually requires in put from our whole team but we think the end result is definitely worth it!
