We say you can never have too much of a good thing 😉.

Our chocolate, almond praline mousse cakes will soon be appearing on our regular menu! White and dark chocolate mousse filled with house made almond praline and dipped in a crunchy dark chocolate coating. Topped with whipped cream and extra almond praline for good measure.

Keep your eyes on our page and we’ll let you know as soon as you can grab one…or two…or three!

A behind the scenes on how we make our vanilla, gluten free sponge cake. Our sponge cake is a vital component in a lot of our opera cakes and mousse cake, hence it required rigorous testing when GingerSnap was created!
