About Coffee Collective:
Founded 2007 in Copenhagen, Coffee Collective’s approach to coffee: attentive to origin, process and the people behind it, carries a sensibility familiar to JDV.

From Copenhagen to Melbourne, both find value in precision, restraint, and the considered pleasures of everyday life.

At JDV, Coffee Host prepares specialty coffee with precision and consistency while creating a memorable experience for every guest.

Moving between the coffee bar and the shop floor, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality drinks and introducing thoughtfully made objects from our store and sharing the inspiration behind JDV.

About Coffee County:

Our introduction to Coffee County began in our last trip in Kyushu, and continued in Fukuoka and Kurume, where their coffee revealed itself slowly, leaving an impression that lingered beyond the cup.

Their roasting is precise and restrained, guided by clarity, structure, and a respect for the inherent character of each coffee. The result is a profile that leans toward transparency and elegance: articulate acidity, tea-like textures, and layered aromatics.

The coffees they select are not just sourced, but shaped by people, place, and long-standing relationships.
