While Persian rugs remain at the heart of our collection, we are equally drawn to the many other expressions of handcrafted artistry that surround them.

Beneath the wide skies of the plains of Khorasan, Kurmanji Kurdish nomads trace their seasonal migration through a sea of wild spring poppies. Packed alongside the caravan are their resilient flat-woven kilims, like the traditional Sofreh Kordi. Woven entirely from memory on portable ground looms using hand-spun wool, these textiles feature bold geometric lozenges. Every piece is built for the rigors of nomadic utility—serving as protective mats or bread wrappers. It is a living craft where functional design is forged entirely on the move.
