An empty room... soon filled with laughter, quiet focus, and people discovering they could paint🎨🖌

Every single person who walked through the door was painting in watercolour for the very first time.

Watching someone look at their finished piece and say, "I can't believe I painted this," never gets old. One participant was genuinely amazed by what he'd created🎉

It brings me so much joy to share my love of painting with watercolor with others and see what they can achieve with a bit of practice and guidance in just under two hours🌸

Excited to share this new painting - Australian gum blossoms, one of my favourites to paint 🌿

Tomorrow's watercolor class at in Brunswick is getting a surprise choice: participants can paint cherry blossoms or native gum blossoms - whichever speaks to them🌸

Because sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is slow down, pick up a brush, and make something beautiful. No experience needed. Just you, the paint, and a couple of hours that are entirely yours.

A watercolour class makes the most unexpected, meaningful gift too - for a friend, a mum, a sister, or honestly just yourself.

These blooms only show up for a few weeks each year - so I pressed them, and preserved them in resin.

There's something bittersweet about seasonal flowers. You blink and they're gone. This dish is my way of holding onto them a little longer - the creamy whites, the soft pinks, those tiny golden clusters - frozen exactly as they were.

Hand-poured in Melbourne. Each one completely one of a kind.
