This little trick single handedly dropped my A1C 2 points! From a 8.1 to a 6. Endos and DEs now seem to routinely include this in their advice too. When I was diagnosed in 2009 no one ever mentioned this. If you’re not doing it, or are seeing large spikes in your levels do some research on this tool.
