Released less than a week ago, we gave the brand-new Holosun 507 PRO MAX an hammering over the weekend.

More than 500 rounds later, our first verdict is in:

The 507Comp was one of the best competition optics on for the RMR footprint.

The 507 PRO MAX is now the king of them.

A big thanks to Australian Sporting Agencies and CANIK Australia for supplying a pretty swish test gun for us, the direct mount on the CANIK TTI Combat was very nice.

Our Reddots shirts are finally here!

When the RTS3 first released, one thing we kept coming back to was:

Why make the body smaller… but keep the old footprint?

The optic itself was (and is) excellent, great glass, crisp emitter, big usable window but it felt like they missed a trick by not moving to a more common mounting pattern from day one.

Now, in the latest batch, that’s changed.
C-MORE has introduced a dual-pattern base, allowing mounting on both the traditional C-MORE pattern and Some DPP footprint setups. (not all though :( )

Honestly… that makes a lot more sense. Keep compatibility with the RTS / STS crowd, but suddenly open the door to a heap more modern optics-ready setups!
