For those of you who aren’t familiar, Rosh Hashanah (which translates to the ‘head of the year’) is a time where we reflect on the year that has passed, ask for forgiveness for any wrong-doings and set goals for the year to come. We eat apples dipped in honey in hope of a sweet year ahead.
