Mordi! We're back in the south east for the next few week and kicking off the spring season at Soul Night Market this Friday.

Join us by the Mordi Pier, plenty of seating area and hopefully a mad sunset too. We'll be onsite 5-9pm slinging some burgers.

It's been a while since we last made the Chilli Truff but we're bringing this back for The Mill Brewery final weekend at Bendigo Hotel (The Bendi) 🍔🎉

Double beef, double cheese topped with truffle chilli crunch, truffle pepper mayo and caramelised onions to balance off the mild heat and the umami.

Two sesh this weekend:

FRIDAY ~ from 5pm
SATURDAY ~ from 12pm

Walk-ins only. There will no pre-order available. Please order at the bar.

Congrats St. Burgs on 11th year strong!

The Melbourne burger scene will never be the same, 11 years ago these legends brought the smash burgers scene to light and I think many will agree that they are a burger institution, the OG smash patties king. Huge respect for these guys on what they have built, the influence in the industry is massive 🍔
