🍪Tahini Biscuits To Die For🍪

🐓This is an original Tupper Rae recipe🐓

INGREDIENTS
🥄50g sesame seeds
🥄100g almond flour
🥄50g pepita seeds
🥄1/2 teaspoon bi-carb
🥄A pinch of salt
🥄3 tablespoons of tahini
🥄2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup/ honey
🥄1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Place blade attachment into the Extra Chef.

Put pepitas in the Extra Chef and chop with blades until they are broken up in pieces as small as possible.

Add the other dry ingredients and mix.

Add tahini, vanilla extract and Maple syrup/ honey to dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Remove blade attachment from Extra Chef.

Place Tupperware silicone baking sheet on an oven tray.

Roll mixture into approx 3 centimetre diameter balls, space evenly on Tupperware Baking Sheet and press down into disks.

Put tray of biscuits into oven and bake for 8.35 Minutes.

Allow biscuits to cool down before gently twisting them off the baking sheet. (Very important so they don’t crumble).

Enjoy these delicious chewy tahini biscuits to die for with your favourite hot beverage.
