Sole Motive We are an aggregator and innovator in the running and fitness lifestyle space, building on our history and success in publishing, events and retail.

Well, in a nutshell we totally rock the running and fitness world! As leaders in the running and fitness lifestyle space the Sole Motive team is committed to helping others – through our event fundraising, starting in 2008, we have equipped runners with the tools needed to raise more than $10 million for more than 450 charities. In all that we do we go above and beyond in order to deliver inspiring and exciting content, updates on the newest fitness fashions and must-do events. And we do it all with the understanding that “no matter how big or small, running is always a step in the right direction”.

As Marathon fever takes over the city, we're partnering with and to bring you a three part series "Going The Distance" to help you get to your next start line.

With 3 events over the next 4 weeks, we'll be kicking things off next Wednesday morning for a special edition of Sole Motive Run Club with On, and a wear-test of the new Cloudboom Strike 2.

See you 6:30am Wednesday at our CBD store.

A huge congratulations to everyone who laced up, showed up and took on the challenge today. Whether you crossed the finish line of the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K or 5K, we loved seeing you out there giving it your all.

Happy Race Day Eve 🥳 We can't wait to see you bright and early tomorrow, ready for Brighton Beach Marathon 2026 🏃

A couple of friendly reminders for race day:
🏃 If you haven't picked up your bib yet, you can do so from the Event Village from 5am tomorrow.

🏃 Your loved ones can track your race day progress via the Sole Motive app (search "Sole Motive" on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store!).

🏃 Last minute sign ups are available online up to 30min prior to the start time for each distance (no excuses 😅). You can also register on-site and pick up your bib from 5am tomorrow.

🏃 Share your race day photos on Instagram and use the hashtag and tag .

It's officially Brighton Beach Marathon 2026 race weekend! 🤩

Make sure you head down to the Event Village today to collect your race bib from 9am - 3pm and avoid race day queues.

While you’re there, there’s plenty happening which you can join in on:
🏃 Join the first-ever Brighton Beach Marathon Shakeout Run at 9:30am at the Brooks Marquee where you'll have the chance to wear test the latest Brooks shoes!

🏃 Head to the Main Stage at 10:30am for the Marathon and Half Marathon Race Briefing with Race Director, Julie Tedde. Get the inside word on the course, race-day strategy, pacing tips, and practical advice to help you feel confident and prepared when you hit the start line on Sunday.

🏃 Swing by the Sole Motive Race Ready Store in the Event Village to grab any merchandise, last-minute essentials, or pre-ordered merchandise.

🏃 Make a sign of encouragement at our free sign making stand. Whether custom to a friend, or an inspiring message to all, a sign of encouragement goes a long way for our runners smashing their goals.

Come down, soak up the pre-race atmosphere and get yourself ready for the start line.
