Noticed the surface of your candle changing?

Natural beeswax candles develop a whitish layer of what looks like dust but is known as "bloom". Bloom occurs when the softer oils in the wax come to the surface and changes in air temperature. It's evidence of a completely natural product and does not affect the way the candle will burn.

Some people love this look. The bloom can create a rustic look to your candle which I'm a fan of. However if you don't like the bloom, simply use a cloth, dry or damp (whatever works!) and wipe down your candle - good as new!
