✨ A little update from Let Me Shop AU ✨

Hi everyone, my name is Jess 👋🏼

Some of you may not know me, but I’ll be stepping in and helping take care of Let Me Shop AU while Helen takes some much-needed time to recover.

Unfortunately, Helen was injured a few days ago and is currently undergoing tests and focusing on resting and recovering. ❤️‍🩹

Anyone who knows Helen knows just how much Let Me Shop means to her. She puts an incredible amount of time, love and energy into the business, and stepping away — even temporarily — is definitely not something that comes easily to her!

She’ll still be checking in on the page from time to time (because we all know she can’t stay away for too long! 😅), but for now, I kindly ask that you please be patient with me while I get myself up to date with everything, including your orders, messages and enquiries.

In the meantime, I’ll be doing my best to keep everything running as normally as possible. I’m currently working my way through everything so I can get myself completely up to date with your orders, pre-orders, messages, enquiries and all the little things that happen behind the scenes.

I just ask that you please have a little patience with me while I get around everything. There may be a few things I need to double-check or get back to you about.

If you currently have an order or pre-order with us, please don’t worry. I’ll be going through all outstanding orders and making sure everything continues to be looked after.

For the moment, we would really appreciate it if everyone could give Helen the time and space she needs to concentrate on her recovery. I promise I’ll do my very best to help with anything you need while she’s away.

Helen has built such a wonderful and supportive community around Let Me Shop, and I can see how much so many of you genuinely care about her and the business. ❤️

We both really appreciate your patience, kindness, understanding and continued support during this unexpected little bump in the road.
