Meet Waldo.

The person behind the bubbles.

Waldo started out studying graphic design before finding his way into wine. Together with his wife Ally, he began making small batches in their suburban garage, eventually growing Muto Wine into the family winery it is today.

We pour their Prosecco at GLOU, and it’s become a real favourite around here. So we thought it was time you met the people behind it.

We’re also huge fans of Waldo’s Mediterranean and Iberian wines, and you’ll be seeing more of them at GLOU very soon.
