Green is the colour of balance,
harmony and growth💚

The colour green relates to balance and harmony. From a colour psychology perspective, it is the great balancer of the heart and the emotions, creating equilibrium between the head and the heart.
From a meaning perspective, green is also the colour of growth, the colour of spring, of renewal and rebirth. It renews and restores depleted energy. It is the sanctuary away from the stresses of modern living, restoring us back to a sense of well being. This is why there is so much of this relaxing color on the earth, and why we need to keep it that way.
Green is an emotionally positive color, giving us the ability to love and nurture ourselves and others unconditionally. A natural peacemaker ✌💚💚
Soooo let's all get a little bit of green into our lives 😉

Experimenting with some new colours 🌈

Even the people who seem like they're strong on the outside can be struggling deeply on the inside, don't judge someone before you know them. Treat others with the kindness and respect you would wish to receive yourself 💜💜 no one should struggle alone 💙

Gave one of my own babies a new home 😍
Had to try out this new hot magenta paint and pretty happy with the result 👌💜
This little guy, almost alien looking plant, the Pilea peperomioides aka the Chinese Money plant has large round concave leaves that do look like a space-ship. Gotta love nature!
* Light: Loves bright, indirect light.
* Water: Weekly watering from the bottom - don't overwater
* Humidity: not required
* Can grow to: 30cm.
* Maintenance: Low

Did you know the colour purple has a variety of effects on the mind and body, including uplifting spirits, calming the mind and nerves, enhancing the sacred, creating feelings of spirituality, increasing nurturing tendencies and sensitivity, and encouraging imagination and creativity!! 🌌
So who wouldn't want a bit of purple in their home 😉

It's time to change the way you think about asking for help!

Don’t fall into the trap of thinking you have to do everything yourself.

Accept that you’re only human – you’re not supposed to be doing everything perfectly all the time.

Helping another person actually makes us feel good – give your friends and family the chance to help you.

Share your struggles with people you trust and asking for support strengthens your relationships.

We might convince ourselves there’s never a good time to ask for help – don’t worry too much about that. What’s important is that you say something to somebody you trust.

It takes courage to put yourself out there and ask for help – so be brave and give it a go.

Always remember you are worth it!! 💜💙💚💛🧡❤😘😘
