It’s the final day of The Melbourne Fair. Join us at Caulfield Racecourse today from 10am to 5pm for your last chance to explore over 70 dealers and thousands of pieces across antiques, art, jewellery, vintage fashion, furniture, lighting and collectables.

There are events throughout the day, with talks and fashion parades starting at 11am. Everything is included with admission. Tickets are available online and at the door.

THE MELBOURNE FAIR IS OPEN!

All our dealers are here with thousands of remarkable pieces to discover, including antiques, Art Deco, mid-century furniture, fine and costume jewellery, vintage fashion, luxury designer pieces, art, sculpture, lighting, antiquities, decorative arts, prints, posters, clocks and collectables.

Join us today for two special events in the Theatre Area:

1pm — Fashion at the 1925 Paris Exposition: The Grand Palais & the Pavillon de l’Élégance, presented by Brian Scott, Vice President of the Art Deco & Modernism Society of Australia and editor of Spirit of Progress magazine.

2pm — Valentino: A Parade of Elegance, tracing the evolution of the celebrated fashion house from the dramatic silhouettes of the 1980s to contemporary runway design.

All events are included with admission. The café and fully licensed bar are open, and you can return throughout the weekend on the same ticket with no further entry fee.

Our exhibitors are transforming their stands and unpacking thousands of remarkable pieces ahead of tomorrow night’s opening. Here is your first glimpse of what awaits—from antiques, Art Deco and mid-century furniture to fine jewellery, vintage fashion, art, lighting, decorative arts and collectables.

The Melbourne Fair opens tomorrow at Caulfield Racecourse and continues until Sunday 2 August.

A rare Fremor beaded handbag from , created in America during the 1920s–30s. Thousands of shimmering beads cover its oval form, finished with an amber-coloured Lucite lid and sculptural twisted handle—a striking example of Jazz Age glamour.
