Bulurru Australia Discover Indigenous designed art where artists earn royalties.📍2/36 Access Way, Carrum Downs VIC

Bulurru Australia was conceived over twenty-five years ago by Sam and Anita wanting to send a souvenir gift overseas. All they could find in the market place was the proverbial key ring or the proverbial teaspoon. Being both creative and innovative, Sam and Anita set their minds to work and came up with the idea of producing Authentic Aboriginal designs on a range of upmarket quality souvenirs. They spent the next six months setting up licence agreements with Aboriginal Artists and Communities around the Australian continent. These licence agreements were based on paying royalties to the artists and communities for their designs. Thus developed the concept of commercialising the uniqueness of Aboriginal Art. After spending many months in the archives of the Mitchell Library in Sydney researching Aboriginal Art and Culture, Bulurru was launched both nationally and internationally. Attending trade shows all over the world Bulurru exposed their unique range of products including t-shirts, art panels, bags, caps, homewares etc to the world at large. Bulurru Australia was the only Australian company exhibiting at the Frankfurt International Trade Fair out of 6000 exhibitors in the 80’s. The company’s attention to details and their desire to maintain high standards of quality Australia made where possible, have made Bulurru the leader in the Authentic Aboriginal Art market.

Magpies At Sunset by Wendy Pawley

Magpies are family oriented birds, fiercely protective and well known for their swooping attack to defend their young. They have an extraordinary song with distinctive, joyful chirping which has a tendency to create a happy connection with nature. It's also common for them to interact positively with humans.

Meet Shiloh - a 9 year old German Shepherd. Owner Chloe recently purchased some bandanas for him. Read her review below.
"This is his first ever bandana. I'm been wanting one for ages but found it hard to find one big enough for a German Shepherd. I've ordered several more bananas in my order last night to give to friends dogs as they are so cute and a bargain at your sale price"
Thanks for your review Chloe 🥰

Did you know that the oldest known bags date back over 5,000 years? Ancient peoples crafted bags from materials like leather and linen to carry essential items like tools and food. Today, bags have evolved into expressions of culture and creativity. From chic totes to handcrafted Aboriginal gifts, each bag tells a unique story, reflecting not only practicality but also the artistry of its maker. Our bags, infused with cultural significance and modern flair, remind us that every journey begins with a simple carry. So when you choose a bag, you're not just picking an accessory; you're embracing a tradition that spans centuries and cultures, blending the past with the present.
