🔥 5 Ways to Use Our Chilli Jam

Sweet heat. Big flavour. Endless possibilities. Here are five easy ways to use our Chilli Jam at home — whether you like a gentle warmth or a fiery kick.

Glaze your BBQ — Brush it over chicken wings, pork ribs, or veggie skewers for a sticky, spicy finish.

Lift your cheese board — A spoonful next to brie, cheddar, or goat’s cheese turns simple grazing into a flavour bomb.

Stir into stir‑fries — Add a dollop to noodles or veggies for instant sweet‑heat depth.

Spread on burgers — Swap out your usual sauce for a spicy jam layer that melts beautifully into the patty.

Upgrade sandwiches — Ham, chicken, roast veggies — everything tastes better with a little chilli sweetness.

Have you tried our sweet chilli sauce yet? This is our own recipe where we replace most of the sugar with our Honey and best of all it comes in 3 heat levels, Beginner (For chilli chickens), Expert (for chilli lovers) and Volcano (for chilli heros).

Our chilli sauce won the best sweet sauce at the 2024 Herb at the Herb and Chilli Festival and believe me these guys know a lot about chilli, so why not treat the chilli lover in your household to this great sauce.
