Buona Domenica a tutti! It has been a second.. and for good reason 💔 but as the year draws to a close I wanted to say GRAZIE! Our paper store on Degraves Street has been our little piece of Florence in Melbourne for the last 21 years and it’s your support that has made it happen! Thank you for coming on the journey with me. We have learnt that beautiful design, traditional techniques and quality craftsmanship are timeless. To mark 21 years of this collaboration between Melbourne and Florence our artisans have developed a new card especially for us and in doing so have given us the key to our favourite city, Il Papiro style!!

We are so proud to be part of ‘The Art of Gifting’ this festive season. Inspired by the colours of Florence’s most famous icon - Il Duomo, our artisans designed a unique hand marbled creation for - This design has been used as the backdrop and packaging for Christmas 2022. A collaboration of two quintessential Melbourne businesses working together as our city experiences it’s own renaissance after Covid.

What a privilege it is to be involved in the formal announcement of a wedding. The invitation sets the scene, giving the guest an insight into the style and detail of a wedding.

Being able to share in the couple’s excitement as they make their plans is always very special for us at Il Papiro. That joy goes to another level when it’s for people you hold dear.
