With today being R U OK? Day, I wanted to start by asking a simple question — are you okay?

Mental health matters, and sometimes just having someone to talk to can make a huge difference. If you're struggling or just need someone to listen, please reach out to someone you trust. This Father's Day, I'm thinking about what it really means to be a dad. Not just providing, but showing my son by example how to be kind, steady, and better than I was yesterday. Every day he teaches me patience, and every day I hope I'm teaching him strength, empathy, and courage. Being his father is the greatest responsibility and the greatest joy I've ever had. Love you, son.

Hey everyone, I'm tossing around an idea and would love your thoughts. I'm thinking about running a fun hands-on 3D printing workshop for kids aged 8 to 12. We'd design a simple keychain on the computer, watch a real 3D printer in action, and each child takes home their own design. Just an idea right now, nothing set in stone.
