Being an American / Australian team make events like the Global Floral and Produce show (this year in Orlando, FL) one of the biggest events on the Dracula Citrus calendar.

Not only do we get to see all of our retailers, it's also one of the few moments during the year where our entire team is at the same location. It's a hard time of the year to take a few days out, especially during peak citrus season, but it's totally worth it.

If you're heading to the event, stop by and say hello and grab some blood orange juice to kick start your day.

So this happened over the weekend. 🩸🍊🇩🇪

Germany received its first shipment of Dracula Citrus blood oranges on Saturday, and if you're in the area, they should be hitting store shelves right about now.

To say we're thrilled to see our Aussie bloods land on the other side of the world looking this good is an understatement. A logistical haul of this scale is no small feat. It takes months of planning, an immaculate cold chain, and a lot of incredibly dedicated people to get premium Australian citrus from the Riverina to a German shelf in peak condition.

Worth every kilometre. 🖤

For our overseas friends not in the loop, let me catch you up on why choosing an interstate team to support tomorrow is a hard call for Victorians...

Before the Australian Football League (AFL) was the 'AFL', it was the VFL (Victorian Football League). Founded in 1896, eight clubs started the inaugural season in 1897. It remained a purely Victorian competition for decades before expanding nationally and officially rebranding as the AFL in 1990.

On July 4, 1996, the AFL approved a club merger uniting the cash-strapped legacy VFL club, the Fitzroy Lions, with the Brisbane Bears to form the Brisbane Lions. Needless to say, the merger didn't go down too well, with some supporters likening it to a "state funeral". Either way, it'll be interesting to see who Victorians support tomorrow.

Another little bonus for us Vics... we get the Friday before the Saturday game off as a public holiday! So while we've got not home teams playing to win tomorrow, we still kinda win compared to the rest of working Australia today.

Back to school season in the USA means one thing in the produce aisle: Baby Dracula has entered the building. 🧛‍♂️🍊

Commissary stores across the United States are going all out with their Dracula Citrus retail displays this year and honestly? The creativity from these teams never gets old. We are absolutely here for it.

A huge shoutout to every store that has put the time and effort into bringing the Dracula Citrus spirit to life in-store. This is what happens when a great product meets a great team. Keep them coming. 🖤
