Glenroy Music Centre Glenroy Music Centre has officially closed its doors. It serviced the local community for 40 years! Our guitar range is second to none in the northern suburbs.

Established in 1984, Glenroy Music has built up a strong reputation for expert tuition, sales and friendly service & advice. Originally established as the Oak Park guitar school, we have taught many thousands of students and helped them on their musical journey. We stock a large range of quality string, brass, woodwind, keyboard, drum and percussion instruments. We pride ourselves in giving expert

advice to the beginner or the advanced player in selecting an instrument to suit their needs. Service and repairs for all kinds’ instruments of is available .We also do electronic repairs on amplifiers and keyboards. Check out our extensive range of sheet music including AMEB publications. We have speedy order service. There is plenty of off street parking at the rear of the store. Drop in and say hi!

The end of an era…..

Today marks the end of Glenroy Music Centre, a long established small business in suburban Melbourne. “After servicing the community for 40 years in our current location, it may come as a shock that Glenroy Music Centre has closed its doors.” said the owners in a statement. “Whilst it has been a very difficult decision, it is essential that John frees up his time to be there for a family member who is needing us due to ill health. In our final days now…. we have a few things left for sale…. a handful of guitars, ukuleles, violins, records, piano, books and some posters.

All must be gone this coming week!

We are working on an appointment only system so please contact us via social media, email or phone us on 9306 7570 to schedule a day/time.

We are mainly onsite between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am to 1pm but the doors will not be open throughout all those hours unless we are expecting someone.
