Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual for a dual-focus role. This position is critical to our daily operations, combining front-line e-commerce customer engagement with essential back-of-house stock handling and fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with a deep-rooted passion for sneaker/streetwear fashion culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process, pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently.
* Manage and respond to all customer inquiries across multiple channels (email, social media) with professionalism and patience.
* Receive, unbox, inspect, and tag new inventory.
* Assist in creating and maintaining accurate product listings on our e-commerce platform.
* Provide an exceptional customer experience by intuitively understanding their needs and our product offerings.
* Prioritize tasks effectively to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Availability: Must be able to work a consistent schedule of at least 4 days per week (Monday-Friday) year-round. Long-term availability is essential.
* Product Knowledge: Extensive and authentic knowledge of sneakers, streetwear, and collectibles across all brands carried by KICKSTW.
* E-commerce Experience: Prior experience in order fulfillment/processing is highly preferred. Exceptional, quick-learning candidates will be considered.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Organizational Skills: Superior ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Teamwork: Collaborative, agreeable, and supportive mindset with a strong sense of team cohesion.
* Work Ethic: Energetic, proactive, and possesses a strong sense of urgency without sacrificing attention to detail.
* Commitment: Must have no plans for extended travel (over 7 days) within the next 12 months.
