Back by demand: International Shipping.

As we have received a high number of request from our international WIPOUCH fans, we have decided to open a one week international shipping session ends 15th November.

This time, international shipping will be done with Australia Post. As COVID still affecting shipping industry all over the world, we only open to countries that Australia Post still service to. Apology for the inconvenience. Your order will be dispatched in 10 business days. Estimated time of arrival will differ from countries, ranging from 9-25 business days.

Our contract with Sanrio and tokidoki has ended on June, hence we only sell what we have listed on the website. At the moment, we are not planning to order more stock because of one and another reason. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Hi everyone, hope all is well.

Apology for the rare update here 🙏

It is now May 😱 Which means, we only have less than 2 months until our last international shipping. We decided not to ship international anymore as the freight cost is ridicoulously high (lots of different surcharges and some country started to impose tax here and there which is super confusing for us as seller).

So, because it is less than 2 months, and we need to clear out all Sanrio and Tokidoki stock (as the contract ends end of June), we will have special offers starting on today’s preorder session (which will be live at 2.30PM AEST and ends 14th May. Countdown on Instagram story 👍).

Each preorder session might or might not have same offer (I still have no idea yet what is the next special offer for next preorder session). We cannot apply this offer to past purchase nor future purchase. All sales are final, no exchange, no return.
