Traditionally grown, hand-pollinated and slowly cured to develop their rich aroma and flavour.

Each pod takes around 9 months to mature on the vine and several more months to cure before reaching the kitchen.

🌙 Luna Vanilla Almond Cake

A simple cake that lets the richness of our double-strength vanilla paste shine.

The paste adds deep vanilla flavour and beautiful vanilla seeds throughout the cake.

Ingredients

180g butter
180g sugar
3 eggs
1½ tbsp Luna Vanilla paste
120g almond flour
140g plain flour
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
120ml milk
60g Greek yogurt

Method

1️⃣ Heat oven to 170°C.
2️⃣ Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3️⃣ Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla paste.
4️⃣ Mix in dry ingredients, milk and yoghurt.
5️⃣ Bake in a 20cm tin for 40–45 minutes.

✨ Finish with a light dusting of icing sugar or a vanilla glaze.
