Want a weeknight dinner made easy? 🍝🌿 You have to try this Pesto Chicken Linguini from Woolworths! It takes just 20 minutes from start to finish - how good is that?

Here is everything you need to make it! 👇
🛒 INGREDIENTS:
• 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
• 500g pkt Woolworths RSPCA Approved chicken breast fillets
• 375g La Gina linguini
• 120g pkt baby spinach leaves
• 190g jar La Gina basil pesto
• 40g parmesan, grated

👩‍🍳 METHOD:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes each side or until browned. Transfer to the prepared tray. Bake for 12 minutes or until cooked. Slice.
2️⃣ Meanwhile, wipe saucepan clean. Fill with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add pasta and cook for 12 minutes or until al dente. Drain, reserving ⅓ cup cooking liquid.
3️⃣ Return pasta and reserved cooking liquid to pan. Reserve ½ cup spinach. Add remaining spinach to pasta and toss for 1-2 minutes or until it wilts. Add two-thirds of the pesto and toss until combined. Spoon into serving bowls. Top with sliced chicken, reserved spinach, remaining pesto and parmesan. Serve sprinkled with freshly ground black pepper.
