We guarantee that our shop only sells authentic products from Australia for shipping to Manila, Philippines. The delivery will take some time as we prefer to send through bulk boxes as we and our customers (this is you!) benefit with less shipping costs, which we knew are extremely expensive especially during these times.
Here's how it works:
1. Choose the product you are interested to buy from our page. If you want to buy an item not found on our page, feel free to send us an inquiry so we can check if we can find it here for you.
2. We shall confirm the price of the product to you.
3. Due to unfortunate experiences, we require 75% of the total cost to reflect in our account before we make the purchase for you.
4. The box is targeted to be filled in a minimum of two weeks to a maximum of one month before handing over to the international courier for shipping. Please be advised that the courier has specific schedules to follow before it leaves the port. Once it leaves Australian port, boxes will arrive in Manila between four weeks to a maximum of two months according to our partner courier. Also, on some occasions, there might be delays in Manila port which can be caused by port congestion, custom checks, and local delivery. We shall be in touch with you accordingly if such an occurrence happens which we hope not!
5. Once the boxes are delivered to our Manila depot, we shall be in contact with you to schedule the delivery at your preferred address. 6. We shall require the remaining 25% of the total cost to be deposited into our account before delivery will be finalised. Lastly, local delivery cost will be cash on hand directly through our Lalamove partner drivers. No meet-ups or pick-ups allowed.
We aim for all of our customers' satisfactory feedback based on our quality service, authentic range of products, and secure arrival of products. So we take our business seriously and we see trust as of high importance. Please, no bogus buying.
