What a weekend at the 2026 VHRR Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit Penrite Oil 100 Classic! 🏁 Great to be out there in the Formula Ford alongside Dean Tighe Racing and his beautiful Brabham. It was fantastic to meet so many customers and people interested in Octane Supreme the support means everything! A huge thanks to our mates who helped out in the pits, couldn’t have done it without you. 🙌 The pits were buzzing, the racing was brilliant, and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Thanks VHRR for another incredible event. 🔵🔴

Great to have our hillclimb car representing the sport with Motorsport Australia at the F1 this weekend.

Hillclimb has a fantastic grassroots community and some incredibly quick machinery. It’s great to see the sport being introduced to new fans at such a major event. Happy to represent Gippsland Car Club and Victorian Hillclimb Championship

Big weekend at the Victorian Hillclimb Championship at Bryant Park 🏁

We’ve got our Historic Formula Ford out getting some valuable seat time ahead of the VHRR Phillip Island Historics.

We’ve also brought out the Formula Libre purpose built hillclimb weapon. Built for one thing only… attacking the hill.

Great day out at Rob Roy for the opening round of the Victorian Hillclimb Championship.

It was fantastic meeting some of our customers in person and seeing a great mix of classics including a classic Mini, a Sports Sedan Mini, and several MGs all running Octane Supreme in competition.

There’s nothing better than watching historic engines being driven hard, knowing they’re getting the true leaded fuel protection they were originally designed for. Both the Minis and MGs performed strongly throughout the day, and it was great to hear firsthand feedback from owners who rely on proper leaded fuel to keep their engines running at their best.

Thanks to everyone who stopped for a chat, shared stories, and grabbed photos with their cars. The historic motorsport community is what makes events like this so special.

A few clips of Ron Foley’s historic sports sedan, the Mini, out stretching its legs.
After around 45 years off the track in this form, it’s pretty special to see it coming back to life. There are just a few small things left to sort before a dyno session, then we’re hoping to get out to some hillclimbs and historic sports sedan sprints this year and really see what it can do.

Back in its day, this car ran on Avgas, and these engines were built around that kind of fuel. We’ve been running it on Octane Supreme, which restores modern fuel back to true leaded petrol, the kind this engine was originally designed for, as we bring it back into competition.
