This GORGEOUS emma martin print came into the shop and straight away we knew it! We’ve had a couple of her beautiful pieces come in from our customers and they are just so calming, the colours seem so grounded and relaxing and they create a certain feeling when you admire them 🥰

Our customer was after a calm and simple style of framing so we used a modern soft white timber square edge frame that really captures the lightness of the colours.

It was quite a large print and it is going to look incredible on the wall, for all to admire! 😍

3 ladies enjoying a glass of wine each…..now that’s the perfect setting we say! 😁

We are beyond excited to share the news that we were featured on page 2 of The Age yesterday Sunday 3rd May 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Denis Kosnar (Mr Kosnar!) has been framing his WHOLE life (literally!) and along the way the business has slightly changed, changed locations, faced many challenges as small business does however the whole time has never wavered on quality, attention to detail, loyalty and of course the most important element…..customer service and relationships!

Cassandra Morgan explored the world of custom framing, frame gilding, frame restoration and the history of the framing industry and Kosnar’s Picture Framing and Mirrors in particular.

Back in the 80’s, did 1000’s of needleworks! They were always so special as someone had spent HOURS creating them night after night!

We are seeing a real comeback in the needlework craft and it’s so beautiful to see. Our expertise in the stretching process and making sure everything is in square is always a hands on process and every detail is taken into consideration.

This gorgeous doll piece was collected today after a consultation to ensure that the right frame and mat colours would work for years and years to come 💓

We also used diffused glass to ensure less reflection, getting a perfect result with no glare getting in the way!
