What began as the challenge of regulating the temperature of an existing area was resolved with the installation of the WhisperKool Ceiling Mount 8000. This discreet ceiling-mounted evaporator allows the condenser to sit up to 30 metres away, connected by refrigerant piping. The result is a seamless design, uninterrupted by visible equipment, that makes the most of every square metre.

At the heart of this luxurious apartment lies an exquisite climate-controlled wine cellar, showcased behind a sleek glass wall. Framed by light timber joinery and a striking marble bar with dedicated shelving for glassware and accessories, this refined space is designed to be a true statement piece.

Chenin Blanc has lived in Riesling and Chardonnay's shadow for far too long. This is a brilliant example made from vines planted in Blewitt Springs in McLaren Vale in the 1960s. The ‘22 won Best Other White or Blend of the Year at the 2024 Halliday Wine Companion Awards, while this was the trophy winner for Best White at the McLaren Vale Wine Show last year. Complex, gently textured and full of energy, it’s now ready for the pouring. 🍷
