At Blue Amber Bliss, we specialize in the rarest form of amber — cherished for its golden warmth in daylight and its mesmerizing electric blue glow under UV light.

This is a 100% natural blue amber pendant, and one of the things we love most about it is how dramatically its appearance changes with light.
In ordinary light, you can see the warm honey-orange colour of the amber.

Under brighter illumination, a beautiful greenish-blue sheen begins to appear across the surface. And under UV light, the entire pendant comes alive with an extraordinary electric blue fluorescence.

Look closely and you can also see the natural internal patterns and inclusions preserved within the amber. Rather than being perfectly uniform, every little cloud, speck and colour transition gives the piece its own identity.
That changing character is part of what makes natural blue amber so addictive to collect. You can look at the same piece ten times under different conditions and notice something new each time.

Which version do you prefer: the warm orange body colour, the greenish-blue sheen?

Why don’t we use dramatic studio lighting to make every blue amber photo and video look more glamorous?

Because beautiful lighting can sometimes create unrealistic expectations.

Natural blue amber changes dramatically depending on the environment. Indoors, it may appear dark honey, brown, or nearly black. Under daylight, bright white light, or 365 nm UV light, its remarkable blue fluorescence begins to emerge.

We do use controlled lighting when demonstrating fluorescence, but our goal is not to manufacture a colour that the amber cannot naturally produce. We want collectors and jewellery buyers to understand exactly how each piece behaves under different lighting conditions.

A highly edited gemstone video may attract attention—but an honest video builds trust.

When your blue amber arrives, it should feel familiar. You should recognise the natural colour, texture, inclusions, and fluorescence you saw before purchasing.

That is why we prefer authenticity over artificial perfection.

Chunky, semi-polished, hand-strung from Sumatran amber around million years old. We deliberately left the bark skin on the darker beads — those rough patches are the original resin surface, exactly as it came out of the ground. Every bead is a different shape because we cut to preserve the glow, not to match a template.

AAA grade. Strung once. This exact combination doesn't exist again.

Is this a stormy ocean, a volcanic sky… or a galaxy trapped inside ancient resin? 🌌🌊

This natural Sumatran blue amber specimen reveals an extraordinary landscape under bright white light. Deep midnight tones shift into electric blue, while flashes of gold, orange and red appear along the natural edges.

The partially polished face lets us see beneath the surface, while the remaining raw areas preserve the specimen’s original character. Look closely and you may notice swirling clouds, distant mountains, ocean currents—or even a shadowy figure emerging from the blue.

Blue amber is fascinating because no two pieces react to light in exactly the same way. From one angle it may appear dark and mysterious; from another, the blue fluorescence suddenly comes alive.

Blue amber amazing transformation under light. A very rare piece with this vivid cobalt blue colour under white LED light.

Watch how this natural blue amber changes as the light moves across its surface. Beneath the vivid blue fluorescence is a warm, darker amber body with natural textures and internal patterns formed over millions of years.

Unlike an artificial colour coating, the blue effect appears through fluorescence and becomes stronger under bright light and UV illumination. Every angle reveals a slightly different combination of electric blue, teal, honey and golden tones.

What is blue amber? Blue amber is a rare natural amber prized for its dramatic blue fluorescence under UV light, strong sunlight, or bright white light. This large Sumatran blue amber specimen shows a vivid electric-blue surface glow, dark natural body colour, raw outer crust, internal flow marks, and organic-looking inclusions that make every angle feel alive.

Unlike ordinary honey amber, natural blue amber transforms when the light hits it, revealing deep blue, turquoise, and smoky golden tones across the surface. This piece is especially striking because of its size, rugged raw texture, and intense blue reaction, making it a standout collector-grade specimen for amber lovers, UV mineral collectors, natural gemstone enthusiasts, and rare organic gem collectors.

For collectors who love rare natural patterns, UV transformation, and one-of-one amber character.
