YMCA Victoria have been piloting our STEM programs across 14 OSHC sites, and the results have blown us away. 🧪✨

From slime, lava lamps and “elephant toothpaste” to solar-powered cars, these hands-on sessions are building curiosity, confidence and problem-solving skills — with older students (especially girls 💪) stepping into leadership roles as they guide younger kids.

What started as a 2025 pilot has quickly grown into something bigger, with STEM now becoming a regular part of YMCA OSHC programs and expanding even further in 2026 - as they start their STEM Gardening Box programs!

The enthusiasm, laughter and big smiles say it all — this is learning that sticks. 💛
