🌑 The Great Unraveling 🌑
Let’s not dance around it... people are going to lose their minds as we move forward. Some already are.
And no, I don’t mean that as an insult. I mean that many of the things people have used to hold themselves together are no longer working. The distractions. The masks. The stories. The identities built around fear, pain, status, control, or survival.
Something is changing.
What we're witnessing is pressure. The kind of pressure that exposes whatever has been hidden beneath the surface. Old wounds. Unresolved grief. Trauma. Anger. Fear. Patterns passed down through generations. Things people spent years avoiding are now demanding to be seen.
For some, that pressure becomes a catalyst for healing.
For others, it becomes resistance.
You can see it everywhere. People lashing out. Relationships collapsing. Emotional reactions that seem far bigger than the situation itself. The nervous system is overloaded. The old coping mechanisms aren't producing the same results they once did. And when the familiar begins to fall apart, many people don't know who they are without it.
That's why this period feels so intense.
The truth is, awakening rarely begins with bliss. More often it begins with discomfort. Confusion. Loss. The realization that the version of yourself you've been carrying may not be who you really are.
It can feel like everything is falling apart.
Sometimes that's exactly how transformation starts.
As this process continues, the contrast will become more obvious. Some people will cling tighter to old ways of being. Others will start asking deeper questions. Some will choose healing. Others will choose distraction.
Both paths exist.
But if you're feeling the pressure and choosing to face what's coming up instead of running from it, understand something important...
You may not be breaking.
You may be becoming.
Stay grounded. Protect your peace. Don't get pulled into every storm that crosses your path. You are not responsible for carrying everyone else's healing.
Your job is to stay present. Stay centered. Stay true.
The people who are ready will recognize it.
