If an item is faulty or you need a different size, we are happy to refund or replace (if it is still available) within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition upon return. If the item is no longer available a refund will be given. Postage is available at buyers cost, up to 500g $8.25 within Australia. Up to 3kg is $13.40 within Australia. All items have a tracking number and 5 & Under take no responsibility for lost, damaged or missing items once they have been posted.
