Pinoy Keyk Klasiks Pinoy Keyk Klasiks (PKK) is my own cake brand in Melton Vic that specializes in homebaked Pinoy cakes. �Ubemac.bukopandan.dulcedeleche.mocha.chocolate.

It was what I can call a beautiful culinary accident. After few attempts of doing Filipino pastries such as pandesal, pan de coco, spanish bread, putok bread etc, I found myself searching and researching for the best cake recipes. I have searched the web, read some books and with some experimentation, I have achieved the look and the taste that I want. My family especially my kids were all my will

ing guinea pigs. We all love to eat, and I want my children to get acquainted with our pinoy culture through food. My cakes are colours of our culture, textures of our youth- from ube to dulce de leche, brazo de mercedes, flavourful mangoes, this is how I want PKK to be. Bringing to this part of Melbourne the best tasting Pinoy cake there is. I bake my cakes as if my own family will eat them, so you can be assured it is made with utmost care and only the best and freshest ingredients are used. Our cakes are made a day before so please allow at least 2-3 days notice. We also supply to some Filipino shops in the area, so we know our taste is our brand. And most of all, Pinoys are one of the most discerning customers in both taste and end experience. To satisfy Pinoys and non-Pinoys, is our ultimate sweet mission.
