I loved creating the logo suite and website for The Farm at Freeburgh, nestled in the beautiful North East of Victoria, just out of Bright.

This stunning property offers three bespoke accommodations — The Barn, The Stables, and The Nest — each with its own character and charm. We designed a cohesive yet distinctive visual identity: one primary logo for the farm and individual marks for each stay.

The result? A modern yet rustic aesthetic that perfectly captures the essence of this peaceful riverside retreat.

I had the pleasure of re-designing the website for the Alpine Hotel Bright, a much-loved historic pub located in the heart of Bright, a picturesque country town in the north-east of Victoria. The Alpine offers a range of experiences, including boutique accommodation, a lively bar, a family-friendly bistro, a cocktail and canapé space and several outdoor dining areas.

The owners have undertaken extensive renovations of the building in recent years and wanted the new website to reflect both the restored charm of the historic pub and the modern amenities now on offer. The brief was to retain the character and warmth of the original venue while introducing a clean, contemporary edge to the design. The project also included seamless integration with third-party booking platforms for both accommodation and dining reservations.

How to create your own assistant using OpenAI Assistants

The Assistants API from OpenAI lets you build AI assistants. These assistants can also be integrated into your website or app. The assistant can take instructions from you and also leverage models, tools, and files to respond to prompts from users.

Here’s an example of how you can build a customer support assistant:
1. Compile all your product documents and customer support data
2. Make sure to anonymize or delete any sensitive data if necessary
3. Go to the OpenAI Assistants website and log in
4. Click on create
5. Pick a name, and in the Instructions field, use a prompt like: Your task is to answer any customer questions using the documentation and data provided below [paste your documentation and data]
6. You can also enable file search by enabling the option in the Tools section
7. Once you’re done, press Create and then navigate to Playground to test it out.
