I love fussy cutting - it is very relaxing and rewarding. Stampin' Up! has released several new paper packs with designs perfect for fussy cutting and colouring in.

Before I show you my newest creations, I thought it would be good to learn the best techniques for fussy cutting.

I will also include in the comments the DSP (Designer Series Paper) packs featuring fun designs that can be fussy-cut.
