Big shout out to Maidment's Meat Service for their fantastic customer service EVERY time and their quality of products.🥓🍖🍗🥩

On my weekly menu I always include there ham in my croissants and open sourdough toasties it's the best around and YES you can taste the difference!

On this weekend menu was split pea 🫛 and ham hock 🍖 soup 🍲 YUM 🤤 😋 it's the best I've made in a long time and with only one serve left on day one of trade...... Do you have any more hocks as I might need to make another pot!
