🎩 The Bar is closed 🎩
….but the Gin (and rum and wh**ky and vodka and moonshine) continues!!!
That’s right folks, we have made the extremely difficult decision to close the doors to the Mildura bar and say a very sad goodbye to that part of our crazy little bizzy-ness.
There are many, many things to consider when making a call such as this and anyone who knows us will know how truly difficult this decision has been.
We have shared our HQ with you all for 7+ years and we hope that each and every one of you has felt welcome, cosy and right at home at our little Gin joint.
So this weekend, without any fuss or last hurrah (because we’re still in business and doing what we love!) we quietly closed the doors to our Mildura venue.
But the Fossey’s fun continues and we are still very much operating in full swing!
It just looks a little different…for now 🖤
(Is that a little hint that we have plans in the works? Why yes, yes it is 😁)
We still continue to produce, attend events, provide exceptional service for your private events, stock your favourite restaurants and bars and in wonderful news…we will now be offering FREE DELIVERY to Mildura and surrounding areas.
Fossey's Distillery LYGON ST venue is still very much OPEN…and we heard they have a delicious new nibbly menu to accompany your favourite cocktail or ginny, wh**ky, rum(my?) delight 😁
And be sure to keep an eye out for all of our upcoming “pop up” bar’s and retail stores!
We look forward to spending MORE time with you all as we step on in to the next adventure which we are sure will be just as full of outrageous fun, fabulous people and fantastic Fossey’s products shared amongst friends as what the first few years of our journey have been.
Your ongoing support means the absolute world to us, and your understanding about our next step even more so.
We’ll still be here every day doing what we love, still producing our amazing products and we have some NEW and deeelicious releases on the way! 🎩
But behind the scenes we’re going to take a bit of a breath and enjoy some quality time with those we love and get some work/life balance back into our lives so we that we can continue to enjoy this amazing business we’ve built and absolutely love 🖤

Some Ocean Treasures found from our recent Getaway

I’ve always been taken in by the Ocean and It’s natural beauty. The waves crashing over rocks or the gentle calming sound of the waves rolling in.

You’ll always find me walking through the shallows exploring the coastline, in search of my next collection of shells and momentous to mark that particular moment or memory of our trip.

The two Abalone Shell’s are an extra special touch from our recent trip and memento gift from Mr L U X E who dove down while snorkelling and found these on the bottom of the Ocean. He knew these were the perfect pieces to add to our home.

The larger of the two will now be my new Smudge Stick Holder🙌🏻🙌🏻🐚

That’s A WRAP for 2023!!

Thanks to each and every single one of you for your ongoing support, love and friendship. It’s been a hell of a whirlwind!

Couldn’t have done it without you guys! You make my heart sing and my world full. Thanks for your patience and understanding over the past 5 months, it’s been tough to say the least.
