SCOTCH FILLET STEAK

Scotch fillet is prized for its marbling and natural fat, which keep the steak juicy and tender throughout the cook. Full flavoured and forgiving, it’s a standout cut whether cooked in the pan or on the BBQ, but it really comes into its own over hot coals.

Sourced from Watervale Beef, raised in Cowra, New South Wales, this grass-fed beef comes from cattle grown in the fertile Lachlan Valley. The region’s rich soils, reliable water and excellent grazing country produce some of the most consistently high-quality beef in Australia.

Cowra Lamb is sourced from the Cowra region of NSW, an area renowned for its rich agricultural land and quality livestock production.

Grass fed and selected for its tenderness and flavour, the lamb arrives whole and is broken down and prepared in store by our butchers. This allows us to produce a range of cuts suited to everything from quick grilling and roasting to slow cooking.

They have a cream-top layer and are in 1L glass bottles.
