Ischia Sapori are located on the picturesque volcanic island of Ischia, Italy. Operated by the Savastano family since 1880, famous for its iconic wild rocket Amaro, Rucolino.

Amaroncello is a refreshing 30% abv that blends Rucolino with traditional limoncello.

The result is a lighter, zesty, bittersweet amaro that balances the herbal complexity of rocket with bright, refreshing citrus notes. It’s an absolute cracker that’s sure to set up a long-term spot on our shelves.

We’re quite partial to a well crafted, unique liqueur and these oddities from maxico.mistico definitely fit the description!

Maxico Mistico draws inspiration from shamanic and mystical Mexican traditions, seamlessly blending ancient recipes and techniques with the demands of contemporary times. Rooted in the old world and adapted to today’s reality, this liqueur is crafted through prolonged infusions, herb isolation, and ingredient extractions, resulting in mystical potions that embody the essence of Mexican heritage. Evoking the original purpose of the 19th-century fernet recipe, which aimed to heal the body, Maxico Mistico revisits this focus by incorporating local herbs, imprinting it with a distinct Mexican seal.

Choose from a Mexican take on the classic Fernet amaro, a turmeric and ginger concoction that’ll surely aid any pesky winter cold and a blue tinged butterfly pea infused lime root and grapefruit amaro.

is one of the most exciting names in modern mead and a rare sight in Australia. Founded in 2020 in Sande, Norway, the meadery has built an international reputation by treating mead with the same care and precision that top natural wine producers apply to wine.

All Norwegian meads and all Norwegian fruit and using little to no water, the result is a style that’s often dry to off-dry, intensely fruit-driven and far removed from the overly sweet meads many people expect. Think of them more as premium fruit wines where honey provides body, aromatics and texture rather than just sweetness.

They’re highly regarded among beer and mead enthusiasts, consistently earning exceptional ratings and developing something of a cult following internationally

Presenting a hyper-limited, rare trio of Australian whiskies released by the consistently excellent in May 2026 as a special collaboration with fellow Sydney Inner West icon, brewing.

The liquid originally started life at Young Henrys back in 2012 before the barrels were left to mature for nearly a decade. Felix Clark of Ester Spirits then stepped in to handle the final production stages, blending, and market release, making this the award-winning distillery’s first-ever foray into the world of whisky, making the quality of these releases all the more impressive.

We’ve been consistently impressed with the quality coming out of Isle of Raasay’s casks and the latest release to grace our shelves is no exception.

Expertly crafted from Raasay’s lightly peated spirit and fully matured in ex Frazzitta Marsala Vergine barriques, before being bottled at a robust 50.7% ABV. This Marsala-matured single malt is laden with flavours of baked apples with apricots and lingering smoked toffee, representing a unique confluence of Sicilian wine heritage and modern Scottish whisky craftsmanship that results in a rare, highly collectible expression.

Frazzitta is a historic Marsala producer founded in the 19th century, known for aging Marsala wines over long periods; their casks are often found in trade and collectors’ circles. Marsala Vergine is one of the highest classifications in the Marsala wine family, a fortified wine from Marsala, Sicily, protected by the Denominazione di Origine Controllata (DOC). The barrels used are typically seasoned with Marsala Vergine for decades.

Marsala Vergine casks, particularly from a historic producer like Frazzitta, are extremely rare in the whisky industry, offering a distinctive and authentic Marsala cask finish unlike most Marsala-finished whiskies.
