Our studio in Mitchelton has been operating now for one year. All the little things are finally falling into place and time is becoming available to make pottery again!

The last batch of mugs are nice and big, with a generous bellied shape and beautiful glaze colours. We are selling them at the studio, and at our market on site in the first Sunday of each month. Watch this space for more mugs over the coming months 😀

We’re back! It has been quiet over here at The Teabag Collective. Charlie has temporarily relocated to the UK and Ash has been setting up a little community pottery studio in Mitchelton, Brisbane.

We are having an open day and market at the new studio on Sunday April 2. Come and get all your presents sorted for 2023!

That’s riiiiight! Come see our sexy new studio space this Sunday! We are 200m from the amazing Jan Powers Farmers Markets on Blackwood Street. So grab your delicious food and coffee and come say hi!

I will have some pottery for sale, and some stained glass by , and you can meet Sonja from and hear all about her art classes she runs at the studio too!

Beginner and experienced potters! Do you want some time in the studio to work on your own projects?

Studio Time is a casual self directed and self paced opportunity to create pottery among a group of other clay-lovers. There are indoor and outdoor work spaces, four pottery wheels, tools and glazes for you to use.

Studio Time is 10am-1pm Tuesday, starting 6 September (after hours time slots will open if there is demand - please DM us!). It is $25 per session. Midfire clay is available for purchase at $10/kilo (including two firings and glazing).
