Blink more & take screen breaks – Follow the 20-20-20 rule to reduce digital eye
strain: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. In addition, make the effort to consciously remind yourself to blink more frequently when using screens for extended periods.

Use eye drops to stay hydrated – Dry eyes? Keep eye drops close by and stay
well-hydrated to keep your eyes hydrated.
Wear sunglasses for UV safety – Even in winter, UV rays can harm your eyes.
Protect them outdoors with high quality sunglasses. Look for those with a rating of
UV400+.

Practice good hygiene – Wash your hands before touching your face or eyes, and
clean your lenses or glasses regularly to avoid irritation and infection.

Refill & update prescriptions – Make sure your glasses or contact lens
prescriptions are up to date. Remember your vision can change over time, and can
vary between glasses and contacts so ensure your prescription is suited to your
